Now it’s fateful time Now it’s fateful time Get prepared to mobilize Now it’s crucial stage Now it’s crucial stage And it never really ends All our foes, they are real: Junta, west and soulless queers To be clear, let’s call them fascists Don’t you think they are pleased With how we got up off our knees While their values become rotten Rotten! We’re not paranoid We’re not paranoid Just keeping hope up for this world If not us, then who? If not us, then who? We’re the light that’s shining through Put your rigged stats aside Dare you not to doubt the fact We’re among the greatest powers Force your sins up our heads But we are wise enough ourselves We know how to count our columns Columns! We spit upon human lives With our messianic vibe Enriching soil for tomorrow From of old it’s our thing To be the best in thinking big Maybe someday we’ll think smaller Smaller! Smaller!

Expressing the will of their generous voters They pass legislation, prescribe dos and don’ts But somehow the don’ts serve as prevalent option “It will come to no good” – the motto they hold So many things left to protect So many freedoms to neglect Focus on dangers, not on growth Prevent the change of status quo With permanent need to reveal something sacred Like the lives of our children or our grandfathers deaths They almost forget how to deal with the present But never afraid to prohibit and ban Sometimes they swear, sometimes they sing All in the name of our well-being Their foremost liability Is to maintain stability Hangout of crooks and unanimous puppets Nana, nana Competence rests, while servility flashes Nana, nana Nana, nana Nana, nana! Some do facepalms and laugh through tears But most of the public is buying this There’s no stop button to be pressed So count me out, I guess!

Co-protest 02:56
Society is so crummy It can’t get any worse There is no point in posing threats We sit and watch it rot They say punk-rock should wake up The careless souls from sleep Well, if our voices (are) not that loud We still can live with it I’d say the self-fulfillment Is what it comes down to We do our best to do our best And see if it goes through I won’t lie to you There are days when I Have an urge to stop and to draw the line But the joy that comes From these silly bits Makes us carry on, for some time at least We use a foreign language To make our message clear Perhaps it’s not the best decision But frankly it just fits We’re not obsessed with touring (We) don’t do a lot of shows Just hope that bunch of decent people (will) Appreciate the songs Our friends have warned us: “You’ll be a Myspace band” But now it’s clear that they were wrong Since we’re not Myspace band I won’t lie to you There are days when I Have an urge to stop and to draw the line But the joy that comes From these silly bits Makes us carry on, for some time at least

Some dreams are really worth dreaming Some dreams should have deeper meaning Some dreams are more real than the other But I want to hold a koala My mom thinks (that) I should be driving My dad sees my business as thriving My girl tries to make me love flowers But I want to hold a koala

Walking down the street I’m all alone Lots of people are running by, I don’t wanna see them The best song ever makes me sing along I’m deaf and blind to the world around me But suddenly next second I met gaze I met the gaze I met the gaze of that gigantic metal face It was so close I almost cried And in a blink my whole life flashed before my eyes It doesn’t matter what you listen to: Slayer or Green Day Just don’t play your air guitar near the tramway

I’ve never been a stranger to a healthy cynicism To get ideas into shape I sipped big words Then looked around Unmasking lies that sounded great But lately I don’t see the gap between sublime ideals And sorrowful reality In new worldview That they construct Sublime ideals are dismissed They make me choose Between ours and theirs But I am used to choose between The good things and the bad I guess I’m just a complicated man What kind of future will we get if we will let it spread? What kind of offspring we will grow? Dead-hearted pricks With self-conceit And great distaste to the unknown I’d rather watch how some heroic and inflated speech Produces one-percent effect Than see them use Some lame excuse For shameful fellow-countrymen They make me choose Between ours and theirs But I am used to choose between The right things and the wrong I guess I’m just a complicated man It gets easier To go berserk Our moral compass has been lost Somewhere along the way I hope it’s not too late to make it work

Morons 02:48
I hear them everyday Their ringing voices strike me with dismay Reflections are lost in arrogant shouting When sense of shame is gone And virtue number one is to belong This miserable sight is hardly surprising I’m stuck inside the largest granfalloon And can’t get out Unable to pretend that it’s alright with all this rot around me Everyday reveals the new recruits And volunteers Awakened to defend this nonsense joining their delusive army Of morons They let the reason rest Relying on their feelings to detest Any idea departing from mainstream Time after time they fail To look into a matter in detail But raving applause will make reparations I’m stuck inside the largest granfalloon And can’t get out Unable to pretend that it’s alright with all this rot around me Everyday reveals the new recruits And volunteers Awakened to defend this nonsense joining their delusive army (Of morons) Falling – we’re falling Falling – we’re falling Falling – we’re falling Falling – we’re falling Down, we’re falling down.

Make It Wide 03:32
To mark this year you use a goat But per my own horoscope It’s the year of mental discipline The only promises I break Are those I’ve given to myself This pity pattern must be changed “Life is what you make it, friend” - The phrase we always hear from honored men But still I somewhat hesitate Waiting for a sign to go ahead From now on it’s willpower No reliance on a stupid luck Don’t know if I’ll make it long So why not take a chance and make it wide? Now all these deep and clever thoughts Which gurus tried to get across Become a dead weight for my brain They sit around collecting dust And hint that action is a must If otherwise it’s all the same “Life is what you make it, friend” - The phrase we always hear from honored men But still I somewhat hesitate Waiting for a sign to go ahead From now on it’s willpower No reliance on a stupid luck Don’t know if I’ll make it long So why not take a chance and make it wide? I know who I am, I know what I have and I know what I want It should be enough to smash every hardship the fate will unfold A whole lot of awesome impressions and places that I’ve never seen Are waiting for me… waiting for me…waiting for me! “Life is what you make it, friend” The phrase we always hear from honored men But still I somewhat hesitate Waiting for a sign to go ahead From now on it’s willpower No reliance on a stupid luck Don’t know if I’ll make it long So why not take a chance and make it wide?

There's no chance that I will talk to you There's no reason but I want to There's no real fucking chance that I will ever talk to you It could be us, but I'm still on my own There's no hanging on the telephone I try to friend you but I can’t, since your account is always closed I'm writing letters one by one Feeling so dumb Cause you'll never read them Watching sitcoms for advice 'bout building paradise But I'll never talk to you Never talk you

Always Late 04:38
Morning arrives, beam of sunlight wakens up my eyes, Shades on the floor dancing to the chants of birds So I decide to stay in bed for some time Spreading my ear through the house all around Imbibing the sounds I hear the footsteps of my dad Some tiny words of my grandma This simple scene has no flaws, none at all If only I could pay attention We’re always late To understand How good it was The moment’s gone Wish we knew how to feel all the joy of the present With the same tenderness as if it has become the past Pleasing my eyes with this steamy glass of dry rosé I reminisce about the days we spent in Greece Embraced by the sun, guarded by the greenest mountain tops Charmed by the sea and cranky stems of olive trees It comes back to me That gentle touch of evening breeze That pleasant buzz in our taverna We had no duties left except to smell and taste And save impressions to remember We're always late To concentrate On how good it was The moment is gone

Still you draw on someone to show you the way (someone else) But someone else is too tied up to step into your shoes I don’t mean it’s a cakewalk We deal with crazy world But as your life’s single owner You have to take control When the times are getting tough Stick to all the things you love All the nerve cells you have lost along the way are gone forever All the tears that you have cried out could’ve filled the Baltic sea Each mistake is a lesson Not the sign of wreck Don’t give up, keep on searching You’ll find it in the end When the times are getting tough Stick to all the things you love Bear with the lightness of your being Don’t bother if you don’t catch what it means

Granfalloon 03:21
Exceptional, unique, beyond compare One only, stand alone, unparalleled. “You will not grasp our country with your mind” It seems to me the poet said it right Land of hope and glory and irrationality The last one would be fine but why it’s always negative? Time after time We bury all our chances For building something decent and profound We just pretend That we’ve got all the answers Too bad our cheat sheet is nowhere to be found Try to tell the bitter truth, reflect on what you see And you’ll become some kind of “phobe”, a public enemy We are the best Cause we have our traditions Traditions we have kept for many years We take our pride In the mere fact that we have them It’s not important what they really mean Mentality is based on two extremes There’re only absolutes and heresies Just black & white and nothing in between An elementary yet effective scheme When you deal with audience but not society Don’t expect the people to display their skepticism Keep saying “we” And generate new dogmas Approved by widely known authorities If you insist Like winking they will follow Cause you’re the one who’s always on TV I often hear them say It has always been that way We’ve always set the tone In terms of holy souls But my sharp eyes exist For twenty seven years And I haven’t witnessed it I haven’t witnessed it! I’m willing to admit I see the opposite The bar is moved downwards The end is getting close And I don’t think I’ll ever have an answer To the question about who should take the blame: The ones who set The limits to restrain us Or those who are content with squalor we sustain
